Sue is extremely knowledgable in her field of work and she has a master’s degree in Human Resource Management that has enabled her to have a comprehensive understanding and range of expertise in Employment Law and HR processes and procedures.
With over 30 years’ experience working with a variety of successful organisations and covering a broad spectrum of sectors Sue, took the decision to establish her business in HR turning her knowledge and expertise to companies who need outsourced HR support.
Sue and her team are dedicated to supporting a plethora of businesses with any type of HR support they require. Ladybridge HR are flexible on their approach which enables the HR Consultancy to work remotely or at the client’s premises.
What makes Ladybridge HR stand out is their flexibility and availability.
The usual working hours of operations between 9.00 am – 5.00 pm doesn’t apply to Sue and her team who are always on hand outside of these hours.
Sue also appreciates that many businesses’ work patterns mean they operate on a shift system and weekends and Sue can offer and provide the highest level of support to fit around the needs of your business.
